Depending on your order. If you’re looking for repair, we can have an specialist help you at your home as fast as 24 hours. For custom orders, we have a minimum of 2 weeks waiting period. However, we do offer rush services for any immediate assistance.

Yes, all of our products are made to custom sizes of your windows. We will video consult or home visit to measure and make sure your custom order is perfectly fitted.

All! That’s correct. All of our products from shades to curtains to awnings have 100% motorized capabilities.

That’s why we’re here for. Our talented home interior designers will help you pick and choose the best option fabrics for your home decor. 

Absolutely! Our products are wire-free and our electronic motors are not reachable to kids. In fact, they will love the easy access of adjusting your shades.

Our cost for design consultations varies. We can provide design consultations by the hour or project life. Please contact us to receive a better estimate on design consultations.

At the moment, we do not have any financing available. However, we are working closely with a financing company to provide financing plans in 2022.

Our products come with warranty. It all depends on the problem of the product. If we determine our installers have made a mistake after the product has been installed, we will replace it with a new one. Keep in mind all of our products are made to custom size, we do not accept returns.
